My novice friend ""dry-fired"" my brand new Mathews Reezen 6.5 bow my wife had purchased for me from Arrowhead and given to me for Christmas. It shattered...as would any bow...and when I took it in for repair, they were FANTASTIC!!! The cam and string had to be replaced which, of course, then required a new set-up. I said I was scheduled to go hunting in 2 days and when they checked for replacement parts, they didn't have them in stock. So...they took a brand new bow out of the box, took the needed parts off of it and repaired my bow WHILE I WAITED!!! And, because it was a Mathews, all at NO CHARGE!! It could not have been better and I just wish I could give them many more than the 5 stars I am limited to. I cannot recommend them highly enough. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!
