I have had nothing but trouble from this company. It started with them breaking my trash can. After several complaints I got them to buy me a new one, which was later crushed. I am assuming that it was the trash company, probably due to the fact that I had them buy a new one. After a few missed pick ups, I cancelled. But it wasn't that easy, I had to make several calls before I could get a hold of anyone. Several, being around 25 calls. I did leave a couple messages as well. Two months later I recieved a bill; they didn't cancel. I then called back to confirm my canellation with the company, the woman stated that she would immediately cancel. After 8 months, I recieved another bill with a late charge & a hand written ""PAY NOW"" on the bill. I don't know what I need to do to get rid of these people; they just don't get it.
