When I walked in the door, I informed the younger girl who helped me that I was looking for supplies for an acrylic art class taught by Lynnwood Recreation Center. I even showed her the list of supplies, and that they said there would be a 15% discount at this store, which is why I cam there. At first she was nice. But then I got the older grumpy one, who had nothing to offer me except attitude. I asked her if the teachers at the Lynnwood Rec Center were any god, but all she could say was a terse ""Well I can tell you about the teachers at this store but nowhere else"" Then I wasn't allowed my 15% discount which I was told by Lynnwood Recreation Center that Everett Artist's Supply & Framing would honor. In fact, I was talked to with a raised hostile voice, ""You were supposed to tell us that before we rang you up!"" I DID TELL THEM! RIGHT WHEN I WALKED IN THE DOOR! I spent $125 and for what? I am never going back to this store unless I want abuse and hostile customer service.
Pros: Free Parking.
Cons: Expensive Products. Hard to find location. Rude and uninformed Staff.
