My sister-in-law and niece from California were in town and wanted Mexican food. We decided to go to Juan Colorado because I had gone there before and it was alright. My sister-in-law wanted a shrimp burrito, which was not on the menu but the waitress said they could make it. So when she got her meal-it had a bunch of cold baby shrimp, very little cheese or anything else. Also she was charged 2 extra bucks. And the busboy spilled ice on us twice . My enchildas were cold and the cheese hardly melted. We had to ask several times for refills on our drinks . I told my family to complain to the manager but they wouldn't -I didnt want to complain to anyone until my meal was finished because I heard what waitpeople can do to your meals. So I didnt complain. But I am now. And I'm not returning. For 17 bucks -May I suggest the Chinese restaurant -Hot Plate- next door. That place is soo good.
