I went to Juan Colorado because it is minutes from my house, but i wont be returning. I ordered a meal with 2 cheese and onion enchaladas to go. When I got home, the entire meal was covered in a half inch layer of cheese. There was barely any enchalada sause, the beans were not great and the rice had the texture of couscous. To top off a substandard Mexican meal, the coleslaw served on the side was old and extremely heavy on the vinegar. The wait staff was friendly and the restaurant was cute, but that isn't enough to make me come back.
Pros: pretty murals, quick service
Cons: food lacks flavor
