To make a long story short...The Exchange offered to give me store credit less 20% restocking fee, exchange, or store credit. Last 2 options are the same thing. \r

I was given a watch for Valentines Day that The Exchange said retailed for $5,000; he (giver) paid $3,000. Saw another watch that retailed for $5,100...Exchange offered it to me for old watch PLUS additional $900! They also offered an one-for-one exchange; a watch that retailed for $2,725 -- that means I would have paid $275 above retail. Remember these are all previously owned watches.\r

All I wanted was a fair exchange. I don't think The Exchange cares about you once a sale is made. Now every time I look at the watch all I think about is the way they want to take advantage of its customers.
