I am a long time employee at Rob Cary and as someone who takes pride in her work I was quite upset to read the negative comments. I can assure you that any activity not in the best interest of our guests is promptly addressed and severely dealt with. Such behavior is simply not tolerated and while I would never condone any such incidents occurring I am confident these are extremely isolated instances. Unfortunately, right or wrong, it is usually these isolated instances that get the headlines and not the positives that extremely outweigh the negatives. That is not meant to excuse the negatives but to put the proper emphasis on the positives that have been associated with Rob Cary for over 30 years. Any business that is open to the public faces the exposure of an employee not doing things the right way. That is why employees get fired.
