Ok, I've read the reviews here and truely agree. This group used to manage my condo but we fired them because they are TOTALLY IMCOMPETENT!
No one in the office, no maintenance staff and no committment to us THE CLIENT.
DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: None come to mind
Cons: bad financial reports, rude customer service and high prices
