They say on their website that all work is done in-shop, but I overheard the lady at the counter saying that they ""ship off"" their rings to be sized by an outside vendor. This would not necessarily be a problem, but my ring setting was returned bent after sizing.
They told me that my ring needed new prongs, but when I saw the completed craftsmanship, the prongs were ""patched"" and crooked. The whole crown was damaged and required replacement (at another shop).
The lady at the counter offered NO RECOURSE for my complaint and was very rude. She laughed at me, called me ""sweetie"" and ""honey"" and told me I was a lying troublemaker.
After my experience I checked their Better Business Bureau report and they have had 3 recent complaints. Too late for me.
