If you go to Ginza for sushi, stop at the Publix on Congress Ave before hand because the selection and quality is much better. The wait was insane ... yet there were several tables empty. That was just the beginning. \r

Some selections they offer: Bagel Sushi Tempura, Frozen Chopped Spinach Sushi, Cups of Fish Roe and the stringiest sliced tuna ... in fact, it serves as both a protein for dinner and a dental floss afterwards. We actually took some home to re-string our tennis racquets. \r

If you want serious Sushi Buffet, go to Kyoto, drive South to Boca, Powerline between Palmetto and Glades.
