The customer is NOT always right at the Washougal Lacamas Credit Union. I have never written a negative review online and felt inclined to do because I repeatedly am treated like a pile of garbage at this bank. I have been a good customer since 2005, have called management (and even the CFO several times), and NO changes. I could go on and on but to sum it up, I have been scolded in front of employees and customers in here... once by a teller that still works there and shouldn't, over being 5 days late on a payment, then again today by the manager who refused to deposit a check from the same company I have worked for 6 years (for $40.00). I really like to do business locally, and the treatment I have gotten there is beyond disappointing. With so many people out there needing a job, its amazing to me that people with such poor customer service skills are even employed.
Pros: 1 teller in there that is nice...too nice to work there IMO
Cons: Bad customer service@drive thru,rude manager,no flexibility
