Don't plan on delivery with this Dominos. . . I am a first time customer - and decided to place an order tonight. I am shocked by what happened. The initial problem occurred on our end as the online order had address/phone number errors - single digit mistakes - and once discovered we called the store to clarify. I had payed credit so they had already received payment, and simply wanted to know if I would receive my service or money back. The man who answered was rude, aggressive, and verbally abusive. He then hung up on me without resolving anything - 2 times! He said he was the manager, refused to give me his name, taunted me regarding a credit for the money paid. Flustered, I had my friend (a long-time customer) who suggested Domino's, call back. She was greeted with the same response and he refused us any help. This kind of behavior out of a ""manager"" is unacceptable. I hope anyone planing on a meal here never has to deal with such hostility. In one fail swoop, this Domino's has lost both a long-time and 1st time customer. I will take my services to more customer-friendly establishments from now on. Pros: ??? Never had the chance to discover any Cons: rude/negative service. Payed for service we did not recieve more
