Whenever I have an occasion is that calls for cake I never concider going anywhere but Hoffman's, even though other bakeries are closer to my home.\r
They have made truely creative cakes for me that featured among other things a compost pile for a gardener. A baby chick hatching from its eggshell for my friend who raises chickens. a ""45 RPM"" record for my brother's 45th birthday. When I needed treats to serve to my bird watching friends, I called Hoffman's and they iced sugar cookies to look like sparrows, tanagers and finches. They were awsome.\r
