We've had a nearly 4 month ordeal with this company. They have terrible service, they don't return phone calls, their installers don't show up and don't call to tell you. When they finally did show up they installed our gas piping incorrectly. We had to call another plumbing company to come out and re-do the shoddy work. And when I approached Aqua Recs about paying for the re-work they said they would, but we haven't heard from them since. I have contacted lawyers, so we will get it straightened out, but i want to let everyone know do not use this company!!!
