Terry was right on time. He did extra work to make sure as much of the dirt and stains were removed as possible. Carpet looks great -- much better than I expected -- and no ""wet"" to deal with. Terry's work ethic and attitude were like a breath of fresh air -- professional and helpful. But most important was that the results are wonderful -- clean, soft carpets again!
