Ferdi and his dad were prompt, polite and professional. I had old stains and I smoke. All the stains came out and 3 days later still no shadow effect like I have always had with steam cleaning. The smoke smell in my house is gone as well. I am very pleased. The greatest thing is NO DRY TIME! I recommend this service to everyone!
