Three times in to have dinner at Madeline’s Steak house and walked out 2 different times. Last time in was October 31, 2009 we waited an excessive amount of time, no service, the waiter walked by several times while we were looking at the menu. We decided what we wanted, still no service, still no water, and no acknowledgement of our presence. We watched other customers come in, get seated and were brought water, and there drink order was taken by another waitress. Still no assistance so we walked out. As we were leaving we hear a thank you for coming in from a waitress and from the hostess as we walked out the front door after just coming in 15 minuets prior, perplexing to me.\r \r I sent the owner an email letting him know about the poor service - as of 11-24-2009 he has not acknowledged that he received the email. Training starts at the top it is obvious that he does not care about his business; I don’t want any thing from his company, an acknowledgment of receiving the complaint would have been sufficient but he could not even do that. The parking lot is looking sparse for vehicles and now I know why. \r \r I would give no stars but requirement is at least 1\r \r Pros: If you can get service the Steaks are great Cons: Lack of service and poor service more
