After an initial appointment, he said he thought I could benefit from therapy. After starting therapy, everything fell apart and I don't feel I have achieved a benefit at all. I haven't been back for a while now, and life is so much better. I'm glad that thing are better, but I feel misled and cheated about the time I spent in therapy there. If I could benefit from therapy (his words), why didn't I? Why did it get better after I stopped?
