Purcella Services does not return our calls. The furnace they installed was installed incorrectly and ran continuously until we turned off the breaker. It took weeks to get someone to come out and fix the problem. They also left a large hole in the intake manifold to the furnace which took even longer to fix. The installation will not pass county code so we can't close our building permit and Purcella Services won't call us back to fix the furnace so it is installed correctly.
