Tom, from Roto-Rooter came right over - on a Saturday evening! Not only did he solve our problem right away, but he explained everything and showed us what he was doing all along. We would definitely call them again if we ever have another plumbing problem. Polite, neat, respectlful, even stopped to pet our dog; we were completely satisfied!
