I have been dealing with Mustang Appliance for a month now. Initially I was told they would be at my home ""first thing in the morning"". They did not show up until after 9pm. No exaggeration. Then the pothead smelling repair man said he would order my part and it should be in before the week was out. Lie #2. I waited and waited and waited some more. When I called the man would say that it will be in today or tommorrow and he would fix it there after. Lie #3. Part is still not in and now when I call I get a message saying that thier mailbox is full and I cant leave a message. I am sure it is full- of people like me wanting to know when thier appliance will be fixed like promised.
Cons: tHEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING AND ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH.
