I have been to almost every sushi restaurant in Houston (Tokyohana, Miyako, AKA, Kata Robata, Azuma, Zushi, Oiishi, Sake, Osaka, Uptown, Hokkaido, Japaneiro's, etc.) and this is by far the best sushi restaurant in Houston for SUSHI !! I have never been disappointed in coming here. They make the BEST and only ""Japanese salad"" in Houston. There is no other place in Houston that makes the sauce they use in this salad! It's delish! I enjoy their ""Golden Treasure"" roll and their ""Hanabi"" roll. My friends especially enjoy the Nemo roll and some other spicy rolls I can't quite handle. I wouldn't necessarily recommend eating their bento entree boxes...that's not what they are known for people. They are known for specifically their sushi. If you want generic bento boxes, go to Miyako or something, but if you want great sushi or sashimi, go here! I absolutely love this place and have loved it for the past 8 years of my life! They have a new owner now so if you see an older caucasian man coming to your table to ask you how your food is, that's him.
