Lost our Order 11/11/2009

They lost our order last visit. Even though we asked THREE times where it was. The waitress and the staff totally dropped us. Finally I got up and went to the pay out desk and asked that our order be made TO GO. We waited some more and they still didnt serve us. OK, things happen, orders get lost. No big deal. We used up our entire lunch hour waiting and got a salad and a drink. They made no offer to comp us a future lunch at all. Bad judgement and bad business. Im afraid we wont be back.
