When this credit union was Portland Teachers, (and under the previous CEO), the members were cared for, respected, treated with dignity, and it did not matter who you were. Now, that it's OnPoint, with a diffrent CEO, who has pulled numerous people over from outside banks, it has become the worst credit union to bank at. Workers are rude, especially the Beaverton Manager and Beaverton Supervisor, they wont refund NSF fees, they sit at their desks and do nothing when the lobby is terribly busy. I could go on and on. Bottom line, any other credit union but that one!!
Pros: there are none, bank somewhere else
