We had booked the entire restaurant for 80+ guests months in advance of the event, but when reconfirming a month prior to the dinner, they claimed they could not honor the booking to close the restaurant down, but would only ""rope off"" an area or give us the patio (right by Kirby Drive!!!), as the manager who booked the dinner was no longer employed there. No apologies, no remorse, extremely rude and arrogant about it. Fortunately we were able to secure a fabulous location and caterer so the event turned out even better. Guess they didn't mind losing the business. PS I was required to give at least one star rating - my preference would be NO stars.
