I only shopped here once and will never shop here again. The only reason I went to this store was to get seating for my living room fast. I would have just ordered on-line (somewhere else) if I was going to wait a couple months for my chairs. The sales person told me that the chairs are in stock so I scheduled to get it delivered by the weekend. Two days later, someone from the factory calls me to let me know that the chairs I ordered are not in stock and I will have to wait 2 months to get it delivered. I called the store to cancel my purchase but somehow they can't find my order with my name and phone number. (I didn't have the order number at that time.) I didn't want to get into a fight so I just decided to wait. After 2 months, I called them to get my furniture. (they never called me. I had to call them,) It turns out that I owe them 10 dollars. I didn't even bother to figure out what it is for so I just gave them a check. Now I'm just happy that i got my chairs and i don't have to deal with them anymore. Pros: ok price Cons: customer service is horrible more
