I recently had a surprise bday party for my fiancé here and over all my guests and fiancé had a good time. The location is good and the atmosphere here is nice. However, being the one planning the party is a whole other story. The manager Greg Hunt was extremely unprofessional and not accommodating whatsoever. If I wasn't in crunch time to find a location I would have NEVER given him my business. His event coordinator Luciene was very pleasant. Dan (I believe was his name) at the front desk was also pretty unpleasant. You'd think spending over $1K (not including what we spent on alcoholic drinks) the staff would be a little nicer. The price of the tables was reasonable however the cost of food there was astronomical and the quality was TERRIBLE. I ordered mini-burger sliders, pizza, quesadillas and buffalo wings for a group of 25. The bread on the burgers was stale, the meat over cooked/dry, the pizza was dry with no flavor, the quesadillas were cold and the wings were boneless, not what I ordered.\r

The area they set up for our party was spacious and again overall my guests enjoyed themselves. If I had to rate purely on professionalism and quality of customer service I received, they'd get ZERO stars from me.
