I`m a Executive Chef.I run 2 restaurants in Houston! i come to Grooves on Saturdays to see Ms. Jackson and the same one Cook is always there busting his a$$. where is your head Chef? he or she can`t work one (1) cook to surpport the Whole restaurant!!! are you Guys CRAZY! i gotta to give it to him. he can cook his tail off! and try to make everything by his self! which he`s doing! i`m going to see if he would like to work for me! because no man should have to pull the whole cookline by him self it`s wrong and not right! i hope he`s getting cooks top pay $14.00 and hour because if he`s not,i`ll pay it because he`s worth every dollar! he`s wasting his time there. i`ll be back to have a talk with him! SORRY GROOVES but i hate to see someone do everything him self and do you guys care about your crew! guess not! because notthing change.management never there. and when they are the dress like strippers. NOT GOOD FOR RESTAURANT
