buyer beware, steve sprague is a con artist that will take your money and you'll never get in a hot air balloon. He will schedule and flight and then you wont hear from him, he'll reschedule a flight and again you wont hear from him. you will spend more time trying to get scheduled/rescheduled than you can ever imagine. and the bottom line; it's all a con and your money is gone. i wish i went out to these reviews before signing up. my loss, however trying to prevent others from the same loss. He got so angry and aggressive when i threatened legal action, it came to the point where my wife and i were scared to go up in a balloon with him... (although we never got that far to decline that's for sure). I went though BBB and small claims however to no avail. However I did it to have it on record and prevent his scams to continue
