The service is the best. Hussam treated us exceptionally well even though we are not top tier riders. His methodology for fitting and making sure you get the most out of your bike is far beyond what we've seen at any bike shop anywhere (night and day). We love the bikes we got and are planning a century ride in the spring. Highly recommended.
