A wardrobe broke, and Mr. Petruzza didn't hesitate to give a discount on the spot to compensate. That is very different from what you would expect from any other moving company. \r

Only thing is the moving guys took 30 minutes to go up 7 blocks in Manhattan, apparently because they got lost. With so many really really bad moving companies around, however, this was but a tiny incident which didn't make a difference in this excellent final delivery. \r
