My mom bought a garden tractor from Ferrell's and within a month started having several problems with it. We called and asked about it and they said they would send out service to look at it. It took about a month to get them out to look at it. Service told us that it was a used tractor and there was nothing he could do with it. Ferrell's swears it's a new tractor but he won't honor the warranty and won't trade it for another one. So...My mom is out $2600.00. Please don't make the mistake of shopping here!
