Jim (service manager) always answers the phone (even on sunday when I called), will tell you if it's something he can work on, and gets out to your house fairly quickly. He wasn't sure he could fix our dishwasher (had multiple issues going on), but he gave me options along the way and kept trying. His last effort saved the day, and thankfully he fixed it without me having to call a plumber. We definitely got our moneys worth from Jim's hard work and really appreciated his knowledge and ability to troubleshoot various scenarios and solutions. Thanks again Jim!
