My sister tried to pick up a package and they would not give it to her. I was the one to send it to her and I sent it to the wrong address. My mistake and I take ownership of this. the package was recovered, and sent to the UPS facility in Milan. so she went there thinking she could pick up. when she got there she spoke to a very rude UPS worker that said they she couldn't have it. I called customer service, they explained that they don't deliver sat, I pointed out that this was not a delivery but a pick up. the customer service rep, got nasty and kept giving lame excuses that they had to try to delivery package. I don't get it, my sisiter is more than willing to pick up and save the driver an extra trip on monday and they won't work with us. Terrible service! Cons: horrible customer service more
