We hired a 20-person shuttle to make a couple of trips to/from our wedding and the Strip. During the first trip, the shuttle apparently broke down although we weren't informed about it until the shuttle failed to show up on time for the second run. Multiple promises of ""just five minutes,"" ""just ten minutes,"" ""just twenty minutes"" were all lies. Many of our guests were severely inconvenienced as well as multiple staff members at our wedding venue who had to stick around for more than an hour, after midnight, waiting for a shuttle to show up. Afterwards, the company failed to apologize or to offer any refund for the delay (though they would have charged us extra had we gone over the allotted time). I wish we had seen other negative reviews of this company before booking.
Pros: Nice salespeople BEFORE the service is used
Cons: Poor execution and could-care-less attitude once $ prepaid
