Back in February of this year I had just completed EOD and then Patrol K9 training at the Boston Police Department?s K9 Academy for my dual purpose malinios. I needed to burn vacation time and was not about to leave my dog up in the cold for a month while I headed out for Florida. I loaded the dog on my truck and blasted south down 95 for a month in the sun. I stopped when I ran out of road in Key West.
