I went to Morgan for a body perm and asked her if she thought it was OK to get highlights as well. She said yes. (In the past I had been told to wait a couple weeks before doing both.) But I had been referred to Morgan and thought she knew what she was doing. I was wrong! The highlights FRIED my hair plus they were not the caramel color I requested by white blonde.
