Go to crab quarters and ask for joe, I am the new chef as of 11-08. I do not doubt some of the bad reviews about service and i cannot help that but I can promise you this: if you walk in Crab Quarters and ask for Joe in the kitchen and tell me you read this online (or any one for that matter) you WILL have a most favorable meal, delicious delicate and attractive because this is what I do and everyone is VIP to chef Joseph Lookingbill. I do not put up with mediocre food especially when people are paying good money for it. See you at Crab Quarters and good-eats to you all.
