I do not normally write reviews but I felt that I had to as my experience has been different from the previous reviewer's. My son has been seeing Dr. Skiba at this practice for five months, and I have not encountered any of the administrative problems. In fact when I called four different practices to make a new patient appointment, this was the only practice that called me back! I have always had my phone calls answered (except the first one, and I rec'd a call back the same day), I have not had any problems with scheduling appts promptly, and I have not encountered rudeness. It is true that it is a busy practice and their check-in could be a little smoother, but I think that they do some of their processes for privacy purposes. Dr. Skiba has been caring and helpful to my son. I have recommended the practice to other people.
