Checking into the Animal Inn was the most dreaded experience I have ever had. The girl that checked our dog in was comparable to Cruella Deville from the Dalmations. She never made any kind of eye contact and when we asked her a question, she would act as though we were bothering her. The dogs in the kennel were all barking and crying. Had it not have been the holiday we would have transferred to somewhere else. When she came around the corner to bring our dog in, she wrapped a noose rope around his neck and literally dragged him in crying. No treat. No welcoming petting. Nothing. When we picked him up 2 days later he was soaking wet because they were apparently hosing his crate down to clean it, with him in it. I would also like to add he now has an upper respiratory infection. I would never, ever bring my dog there again.
