This place was not ready for the 2200 people that showed up for New Years Eve. The General Admission line was way shorter than the VIP line. We arrived at 9:30PM and did not get in until around 11PM (VIP LINE). That was the coldest night of the year and we were all forced to wait outside. It did not help that groups of 20+ people were allowed to skip everyone making the people that had already been waiting too long wait longer. Once finally inside there were not enough bartenders to handle the crowd so we waited 45 minutes for a drink! That left 15 minutes to settle down before 12AM and even that countdown was off. The countdown started after 12AM which made no sense. It's a good thing that we refused to check-in our coats because that tent was a zoo for check-in and was even worse for check-out. NEVER AGAIN! I have never heard of such horrible treatment for VIP's.
