I have had such great sucess at Synergy. In the last 5 weeks I have lost 12lbs! I feel so healthy, she made me an awsome meal plan, and is such a great motivator. I used to hate working out but now I look forward to it. I get regular text messages and calls from Melissa to make sure I am staying on track. I couldn't have reached my goals without her.
