Terrible Customer Service, Rude Management, Just lost a LOYAL customer! 1/9/2009

Everytime I've gone to Classic Tan their staff has been young, snotty, rude girls. They've been unfriendly and unhelpful. Last Sunday my friend and I went in to buy a split package. The first girl didn't know what she was doing. She charged my friend and then not me because she didn't know how to enter the package in the computer. We drove to another location across down and that girl didn't know what to do. We were told to come back after 3pm and someone else would be working. I went back home 15 minutes away and came back in the afternoon. THAT girl couldn't figure it out either. She told me that they would waive half the charges for our troubles and let us tan. I went in a couple days later and tanned again...no trouble. I went in a couple days after that and they refused to let me tan, saying I owed them money and they froze my account! I explained to the manager at that location what happened and she was rude and called another manager who supposedly said they would not remove the hold until I paid the account. \r \r I left and called a different location and spoke to the manager. She refused to give me the owner's name and said that she spoke with the girl who helped me. The girl (Tori)completely LIED to her manager. She told her manager that she told me I could tan free that day and that I'd need to come in during the week when a manager was there so I could pay the rest of the charge. NOT what she said whatsoever!! I told the manager this and she said, ""If I waive your fee then we lose money and I get in trouble. Sorry for the inconvenience.""\r \r I'm just appalled that they have such untrained, uncurteous staff. They're losing money by me nevergoing there again and letting everyone I know (and don't know) what a crappy tanning place this is. I've been a loyal customer there for months and this is how I get treated? Their employees are all extremely immature and rude and LIARS. \r \r Pros: They have six locations...that's the only pro I can think of Cons: Rude, unknowledgable, untrained staff who can't work the computer system to save their lives more
