This is a nice place to live, I have been here for the past 6 months. I just rent but the place is very quiet unlike my old apartment complex. I will never live in an apartment after living in a condo, all apartment complexes care about is money. Since each unit is owned by an individual owner who can receive fines if their tenants/renters are loud or shady it makes a huge difference.
