I've used K&M Steam Cleaning in the past and didn't hesitate to call them once again. But this time, it wasn't for my carpets, but for my couch. I was pleased with my experience from day 1 when they were able to schedule the appt within 48 hours, and, go out of their way for such a small job! They arrived on time and were once again so friendly and professional. Both techs explained exactly what they were going to do.. the couch turned out looking brand new and I now have a protectant on it to help with any future stains...
