I stopped in on a slow Saturday afternoon to look for a dress to wear to the inaugural ball. The staff was not helpful when I explained the type of dress I was looking for, they only pointed at the dresses. In most nice dress shops the staff would walk you over to the items and suggest items. When I'd picked out the dresses to try they wanted lots of personal information (address, phone number, etc.) just to try on the dress. When I filled out most of the information but left a few lines blank they were unhappy.
Pros: A pretty good selection of evening gowns and they seemed to have a decent sale
Cons: Rude, unhelpful staff
