I had some gunsmith work done. The job was not completed. I went back twice in an attempt to resolve this issue. They were defensive, agressive and basically told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. The work (or lack of work) was confirmed by another gunsmith.
Pros: Nice selection of firearms, some knowledgeable staff
Cons: Very poor customer service, not interested in customer satisfaction.
