I have tried looking at places the rent through homepoint several times now and it has never ended well. If you email them it takes them several days to respond. When they do, it is rare to get your questions answered. Simple questions like, "what is the deposit for the unit", "How large is the master bedroom" and "Do you have a floorplan available" never get answered. They will direct you to their website whether or not the information is on the site.
They representatives are both quick to anger and completely incopetent..
They ask you to fill out an application before you have inspected the property.
They give the most restricted time windows to see their propreties (10 min windows and 2 random days of the week.).
I am honestly suprised such a neglectful company can stay in business.
