I don't usually write reviews, but I signed up just because these people made me crazy. This is probably the worst experience as far as workmanship and customer satisfaction that I have ever had. I live in manhattan, so that is saying alot. First they quoted me twice the price what was even in the ballpark, so I had to haggle to get it down. The price was still too high but they wore me down. The blinds were installed incorrectly, then the blinds were installed correctly but they fell down, but then there were parts missing. Six visits to get some blinds installed correctly at a high price. There is no communication within the company and the people really are clueless. I wish I could take it all back!!!

Cons: Shady salesmen, shoddy workmanship and incompetent people all around
