The sales people are great. But once they have your deposit you are in trouble. The previous bad reviews are from 2008 and I can honestly say that not much has changed in 2009. They had to come to my house 6 times to install because either the wrong motor was ordered or the measurements were taken incorrectly and I had 4 inches of light coming in from either side! It hasn't even been a year since the install and I have already had them come for repairs twice! Oh, and it takes a week and half for them to schedule a repair appt...I literally had to call 5 times over the course of a week and a half to have some put my repair on the schedule! we at horizon window treatments take great pride in our work and when i see a bed review i take it very personally and seriously .horizon have over 25000 satisfy customers but to me the 3 bed reviews are equal in their weight to all of my satisfy customers.we strive to perfect our product and servise on a daily basis and my goal is not to have even one unhappy customer. as our future client you will meet a very dedicated and professional team that will make sure you ate another satisfy customer and if for some reason you are not please let me know i will take care of any problem personally. Take heed of the other reviews - I had my single worst consumer experience of my life with these people. The installers are incompetent and downright rude. The people in the store appear very nice but once they have your deposit they disapear. The work they did was shoddy even after repeated visits to our apartment. They make no apology for bad work. I don't usually write reviews, but I signed up just because these people made me crazy. This is probably the worst experience as far as workmanship and customer satisfaction that I have ever had. I live in manhattan, so that is saying alot. First they quoted me twice the price what was even in the ballpark, so I had to haggle to get it down. The price was still too high but they wore me down. The blinds were installed incorrectly, then the blinds were installed correctly but they fell down, but then there were parts missing. Six visits to get some blinds installed correctly at a high price. There is no communication within the company and the people really are clueless. I wish I could take it all back!!! Pros: None that I'm aware of Cons: Shady salesmen, shoddy workmanship and incompetent people all around more

DON'T USE HORIZON WINDOW TREATMENTS! Grossly overpriced; mediocre (at best) service. Their installer screwed up a section of my wall by mis-drilling (and then re-drilling) a bunch of holes, and they did other unprofessional things. more
